Have you ever noticed the directions on your shampoo bottle end with the phrase “rinse and repeat”?  While it has been decades since I have needed much shampoo, “rinse and repeat” should always be part of our thoughts.

When you succeed, you should rinse and repeat.

When you fail, you should reflect and try again, aka rinse and repeat. Improve your process until you succeed, and then do it again to ingrain the motions for a path of continuous improvement.
